At FunShine Rentals, we make party planning easy and flexible! You can absolutely pick up many of our rental items yourself, from tables and chairs to fun games like Giant Connect 4. However, some of our larger or specially secured items—especially those that require anchoring—must be delivered to your location for safety and convenience. We’re happy to coordinate delivery to ensure everything arrives on time and set up properly, so your event is stress-free and unforgettable!
We want to make your party planning as smooth and fun as possible! To qualify for delivery, your total rental order must be $100 or more. However, some special items priced under $100 also require delivery due to their size or setup needs. If you order any of these items, we will clearly inform you about the delivery requirement and any related costs at the time of billing. This way, there are no surprises, and you can enjoy your event with everything set just right!
Delivery is free within the first 5 miles of our location. For distances beyond 5 miles, there is a $4 per mile delivery fee. Please note that this delivery fee is not shown during the online checkout process; instead, you will receive a detailed email with the exact delivery cost after your order is placed. This way, we ensure transparent and accurate pricing tailored to your specific event order and location. We’re excited to help make your celebration fun and stress-free!
Yes, absolutely! In order to securely and safely install anchored items, we are required to use 18in. deep stakes that could accidentally damage underground lines and systems installed by the homeowners. For everyone's protection, FunShine Rentals will contact Call Before You Dig (811) 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the reservation to have any underground lines marked to prevent damage. We will also have the homeowner mark/point out where they have had systems installed. Failure to identify any sprinkler systems, electric fences, Fios cables, or any system installed by the homeowner, the homeowner/customer will be fully liable for damages done to any underground lines or systems.
Should you wish to use sandbags or concrete buckets you can purchase to rent them with your rental. The cost is $25 per 50lb bucket/sandbag.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to reservation!
Our policy requires that a cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the reserved time slot. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the reservation will receive a 25% cancellation fee, of the total reservation cost(s).
A full refund will be issued with a cancellation of 48 hours notice or more. The refund amount will go back onto the original form of payment. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the reservation, a 25% fee will apply.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to post back to your form of payment. This is depending upon your bank or credit card company.
In the event of inclement weather, we do offer different solutions. Options are contingent upon the severity of the weather. We can add on tents, heater, etc. if available, reschedule the reservation or cancel and issue full refund.
We are not able to setup tents with winds 30mph or more or inflatables at 15mph or more. Inflatable items are unable to be used if the temperature is 45 degrees or below. We can add on tents for coverage, reschedule the reservation or cancel and issue full refund.
Yes. They are available upon request.
Yes we do require a deposit on any order $250 or more. The deposit is 25% of the total order due at the time booking to hold the reservation. The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery.
Yes but we do have to 2 options to cover the costs. If you wish, you can opt into our damage waiver program. We would add a 10% non-refundable liability fee to your invoice. This will cover any damages or losses that may occur while the rental is in your possession. Our other option would require us to charge the credit/debit card on file for any damages or losses once the rentals are returned and inspected.
No. We can come back at any time to pick up the items. If you request to have the items picked up the same day there is a $50 same day pick fee.
