Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to reservation! Our policy requires that a cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the reserved time slot. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the reservation will receive a 25% cancellation fee, of the total reservation cost(s). A full refund will be issued with a cancellation of 48 hours notice or more. The refund amount will go back onto the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to post back to your form of payment. This is depending upon your bank or credit card company. The refund will be the total amount of the reservation minus a 25% cancellation fee, if applicable.
